Ingredients
- 300 g white fish of choice
- 200 g crushed tomatoes
- 150 g zucchini
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 2 tsp aromatic herbs of choice
- 3 tsp oil of choice
Method
- 1Chop the fish. Mix the chopped fish with the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried herbs, then form the meatballs by hand.
