If you're not happy with your meal plan — for any reason — email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full.

You don't need to return anything or justify your request. We may ask what didn't work, only so we can improve.

How to claim

Email hello@menuvita.com from the address you used at checkout, with the subject "Refund". One thing you never have to worry about: if you wrote within the 30-day window, your refund is granted — full stop. We're a small team, so the reply can take up to 7 business days, and the refund is issued with it; your bank then typically takes 5–10 business days to show the credit on your statement. If you're within the 30 days, you're covered — even if our answer lands after they've passed.

Late or missing delivery

If your plan has not arrived within 24 hours of successful payment, tell us and we'll either deliver it or refund you in full — your choice.
