What we collect

Email address — only if you submit it through the sample-plan form, together with your locale and the calorie target you calculated.

Technical server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) kept briefly by our hosting providers for security and operations.

The calculator itself runs entirely in your browser: the values you enter (age, weight, height, etc.) are not sent to our servers unless you submit the email form.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your email solely to send the content you requested and, if you agreed, occasional related content. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.

Server logs are processed for security and reliability. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Who processes your data

Vercel Inc. (site hosting, USA) and Cloudflare Inc. (DNS and email routing, USA), each under EU-approved data-transfer safeguards. We do not sell your data. No advertising trackers are set by this site today; if that changes, this policy and a consent banner will be updated first.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, and object to or restrict processing, at any time: hello@menuvita.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
