Recipes are everywhere. A plan that fits together is different.

Your answers shape your menu, rather than assigning you a prebuilt meal plan. MenuVita selects recipes around your preferences and exclusions, then adjusts ingredient quantities to your estimated calorie target.

A suitable recipe version, with quantities already worked out

The library includes recipe versions with their own ingredient quantities and nutrition values. The planner compares available versions against meal targets, then calculates the quantities for your plan.

Beyond saving another recipe

One recipe solves one meal. Your plan brings seven days together, with repeating menus or different recipes daily.

Beyond knowing your calorie target

See that number as meals, portions, and cooking instructions, not another calculation to do yourself.

Without another subscription

Pay once for your PDF bundle. Keep it, print it, and reuse it without an ongoing membership.

Fewer decisions during a busy week

Your meals and grocery list are ready. Companion guides help with eating out, food swaps, and week two.

You still shop and cook. Menuvita handles the planning; it does not replace individual advice from a dietitian.

The people behind the recipes

Dietitian-created recipes. Portions tailored to you.

Your meals are selected from recipes created and validated by dietitians. These are existing recipes, not recipes invented by generative AI.

From a calorie target to a week of meals

Here’s how your answers become meals and portions.

Your target comes from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation

The system estimates resting energy needs using Mifflin-St Jeor, then adjusts for the activity information you provide. This is an estimate, not a measurement of your metabolism.

A moderate deficit, never a crash

The calculation uses one moderate weight-loss pace rather than asking you to chase the fastest option. Your target never goes below the built-in minimums: 1,200 kcal/day for women, 1,500 for men.

Real recipes, recalculated portions

The plan starts with recipes from the same structured database used by professional meal-planning software, then recalculates ingredient quantities for your calorie target.

Clear portions remove the guesswork

Precise quantities help you see what each meal calls for, without having to recalculate every plate.

How your answers shape your plan

Who this is not for

You're under 18, pregnant, or managing a medical condition

Then a plan generated from a form isn't what you need — talk to a doctor or registered dietitian first. (This is also in our terms, not fine print.)

You want coaching and accountability

This is a plan, not a person. Nobody will check in on your week. If accountability is what's kept you on track before, a coach is worth the extra money.

You enjoy tracking and flexible dieting

If logging macros works for you and you like the freedom, keep doing it — you don't need us. This is for people who want the deciding done.

The Every-Cent-Back Guarantee

Your plan is built around foods you already like — which is exactly why we can afford this: if it doesn't fit your life anyway — the meals, the portions, anything — email us within 30 days and we refund every cent. No forms, no hoops, no questions you have to justify.

Questions, answered

Is this made by a nutritionist?

The recipes are created and validated by dietitians. MenuVita automatically selects recipes and calculates portions from your answers; a dietitian does not review your individual plan. It is not a medical or dietetic service. If you have a medical condition, see a doctor or registered dietitian.

Is this a prebuilt menu or a personalized plan?

MenuVita does not assign you a prebuilt menu. Your answers determine your estimated calorie target, recipe selection, supported food exclusions, and meal structure. The planner selects suitable recipe versions and recalculates ingredient quantities for your plan. The recipes come from an existing library, but the selection and quantities are worked out for you.

When do I get my plan?

MenuVita builds your plan before checkout and checks it before delivery. After payment, you normally receive it shortly afterwards by email: your plan PDF and three companion guides. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, contact us for delivery or a refund.

What if one of my exclusions is an allergy?

Use the structured food choices to exclude supported ingredients. They shape the recipe shortlist, and MenuVita checks recipe compatibility before checkout. MenuVita is not an allergen-free service. If an allergy is severe, check every ingredient and product label yourself.

Do I have to count calories or log my meals?

No — that's the point. The counting is done once, by us, when the plan is built. Every meal already fits your target, so there's nothing to track, scan, or log. You follow the plan and eat.

Will I be hungry all the time?

The plan uses a moderate deficit rather than a crash-diet setting, and the calorie target never goes below the built-in minimums. It is a normal week of real food, portioned for your target. Hunger varies from person to person, so MenuVita cannot promise that you will never feel hungry.

Are all seven days different?

You choose: two daily menus repeated for five and two days, three repeated for three, two and two days, or different recipes every day. We check your chosen plan before checkout. You keep the PDFs and can reuse the week. The Week 2 guide offers tips for continuing, not another personalized menu. You shop and cook; this is not meal delivery.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once, you get your plan, and that's the end of it — no recurring charges, no account, no app to cancel.

What if I don't like it?

Email us within 30 days and we refund you in full. See the refund policy.

What are the bonus guides?

Three short, practical PDFs included free with every plan: the Eating-Out Survival Guide for restaurants and social meals, the 10-Second Swap List for safer same-slot and ingredient substitutions, and Week 2: Don't Fall Off for continuing when the novelty fades. They are companion resources, not separate paid upsells.

Can I follow it if I'm vegetarian, vegan, or pescatarian?

Yes. At launch you can choose omnivore, pescatarian, vegetarian, or vegan, plus gluten-free and lactose-free requirements. We only offer dietary modes our current recipe system can support reliably.

Where is checkout available?

During early access, checkout is available only to customers who normally live in the United States.
