Sound familiar?

The food noise never stops

“Should I eat that? What's for dinner? I'll be good tomorrow.” Deciding what to eat, meal after meal, day after day, is its own exhausting job — and decision fatigue, not willpower, is where most diets quietly die.

You know your calorie number — but not what to eat

Calculators tell you “1,650 kcal/day” and stop there. Turning that number into breakfast, lunch, and dinner, every single day, is the part that actually decides whether you lose weight.

Generic plans weren't made for your body

The $12 PDF from Instagram is the same file for everyone — it doesn't know your calories, assumes you eat salmon and kale, and has 90-minute recipes. One meal you hate and the whole plan is abandoned by Thursday.

Tracking apps make eating a second job

Logging every bite, scanning barcodes, doing macro math at the supermarket — forever. Most people quit within weeks, not because they're weak, but because it's exhausting.

The fix isn't more willpower. It's removing the decisions. When every meal already fits your calories, your macros, and your tastes, the food noise goes quiet — the only thing left to do is eat.

You've probably bought a meal plan before. Here's why it didn't stick.

Most “personalized” plans are templates — the same file, resold to everyone. The difference isn't the promise on the cover. It's what happens to the same dinner:

The template version

What a $12 PDF actually gives you

  • Written at one fixed calorie level — you “round” to the nearest 1,500
  • One portion size for every body that buys it
  • The author's ingredients — hate mushrooms? Skip dinner or improvise
  • “A serving of rice, season to taste” — you're back to estimating

Your MenuVita version

What we build from your form

  • Built at your computed target — 1,547 kcal means 1,547, not “roughly 1,500”
  • Every portion recomputed for your body, to the gram
  • Foods you excluded in the form never appear — dislikes, allergies, diet style
  • Ingredient forms specified — raw vs cooked weights, exact quantities, zero guessing

The 2-minute form is the difference: sex, age, height, weight, activity, pace, diet style, exclusions, allergies, dislikes, meals per day — every answer changes what lands on your plate and in what quantity. A template can't do that, because it was finished before you arrived.

How it works

  1. Tell us about you

A 2-minute form: your body stats, goal, activity, how many meals a day you want, the foods you like — and the ones you never want to see on a plate.

  2. We build your plan

A real person builds your plan with the same professional meal-planning system nutrition coaches use with their clients: your calorie target computed, a 7-day menu assembled to hit it — meal by meal, every ingredient portioned to the gram for your number.

  3. A human checks it before it ships

Every plan gets a quality check before delivery: portions sane, exclusions respected, meals that actually go together. No auto-generated PDF blasted out in 10 seconds.

  4. It lands in your inbox

Within 3 business days you get your plan and grocery list as clean PDFs. Print them, save them, follow them. Need it faster? Express 24-hour delivery is available at checkout.

What week one actually feels like

Sunday: one trip to the store, list in hand — everything for the week in one cart. Tuesday, 6 pm: dinner is already decided, portioned, and on the plan. Thursday: no “I'll be good tomorrow,” because today already went fine. The plan doesn't just tell you what to eat — it ends the hundred small negotiations you've been having with yourself every day.

Personalization isn't a slogan — it's the calculation. Here's what the plan looks like for three example profiles:

Illustrative examples showing real calculator outputs — not customer testimonials. Your plan is computed from your own answers.

No magic. Just the math that actually moves the scale.

There's no metabolism hack, no fat-burning food, no detox in your plan — because none of those are real. Weight loss is an energy equation, and your plan applies it carefully:

Your target comes from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation

The formula with the strongest validation for estimating resting energy expenditure in adults, adjusted for your activity. It's what dietitians use — not a quiz score, not a metabolic 'type'.

A deficit you choose, never a crash

You pick the pace — steady, moderate, or ambitious (about 0.5 to 1.5 lb per week). Your plan never goes below safe minimums: 1,200 kcal/day for women, 1,500 for men.

Protein anchored to your body weight

Around 1.8 g per kg — the lever that preserves muscle and keeps you full while the scale moves. It's why the plan doesn't feel like starving.

Weighed portions close the gap

Studies consistently find people underestimate what they eat. Gram-level portions remove the estimation error that quietly cancels most diets.

Who's behind this

I've spent years building meal-planning software that professional nutrition coaches use to create plans for their clients. Over time, more and more individuals kept asking to use it directly — without hiring a coach.

MenuVita is that: the same professional system, in my hands, building a plan for one person — you. I won't pretend there's a doctor on staff or invent glowing reviews. What I'll promise instead: your plan is computed honestly from your numbers, checked by a human before it ships, and if it doesn't work for you, you get your money back. No subscription, because you shouldn't need to remember to cancel eating.

Who this is not for

You're under 18, pregnant, or managing a medical condition

Then a plan generated from a form isn't what you need — talk to a doctor or registered dietitian first. (This is also in our terms, not fine print.)

You want coaching and accountability

This is a plan, not a person. Nobody will check in on your week. If accountability is what's kept you on track before, a coach is worth the extra money.

You enjoy tracking and flexible dieting

If logging macros works for you and you like the freedom, keep doing it — you don't need us. This is for people who want the deciding done.

30-day money-back guarantee

If your plan doesn't fit your life — the meals, the portions, anything — email us within 30 days and we refund every cent, express fee included. No forms, no hoops, no questions you have to justify.

This guarantee applies from the day plans go on sale. Joining the list today costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Full details in the refund policy.

Worst case, it costs you nothing. Best case, it ends the food noise.

Questions, answered

Is this made by a nutritionist?

No — and we won't pretend otherwise. Your plan is built for you by a real person using the same professional meal-planning system that nutrition coaches use with their clients, and every plan is checked before it's delivered. It is not a medical or dietetic service. If you have a medical condition, see a doctor or registered dietitian.

How personalized is it, really?

More than you'd expect. Your calorie target and macros are calculated for your body (Mifflin-St Jeor), the menu is assembled from your diet style, exclusions, allergies, and dislikes — and then every recipe is rebuilt for your numbers: gram quantities recomputed, down to the form of each ingredient. The dish names may exist in our library, but the version you receive is yours. Two people never get quite the same plan.

When do I get my plan?

Within 3 business days of your purchase, by email, as PDF files. If you choose express delivery at checkout ($14.99), you'll have it within 24 hours.

What about my allergies and the foods I hate?

The form asks for both. Excluded foods and allergens are kept out of your menu, and the human quality check verifies it before delivery. Always double-check ingredients yourself if you have a severe allergy.

Do I have to count calories or log my meals?

No — that's the point. The counting is done once, by us, when the plan is built. Every meal already fits your target, so there's nothing to track, scan, or log. You follow the plan and eat.

Will I be hungry all the time?

The plan is built at a moderate, sustainable deficit that you choose (steady, moderate, or ambitious pace), never below safe minimums — and protein is anchored to your body weight, which is what keeps you full. It's a normal week of real food, portioned for your target — not a crash diet.

I've tried everything. Why would this work?

Honestly: if a structured plan has never suited you, this may not either — that's what the 30-day refund is for. But most diets don't fail on knowledge, they fail on the daily deciding. This removes the deciding. Your meals are chosen, your portions are set, your groceries are listed. What's left is the easy part.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once, you get your plan, and that's the end of it — no recurring charges, no account, no app to cancel.

What if I don't like it?

Email us within 30 days and we refund you in full, express fee included. See the refund policy.

Can I follow it if I'm vegetarian / vegan / low-carb?

Yes — you pick your diet style in the form (omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, low-carb, or Mediterranean) and the plan is built inside it.

Do you sell to the EU?

Not at the moment — checkout is currently available for customers outside the European Union.

Never ask “what should I eat tonight?” again

Two minutes of questions, and a week of eating is decided — menu, portions, grocery list, all built for your body and on its way to your inbox.
