Who we are

What you're buying

The MenuVita meal plan is a one-time purchase of a digital service: based on the answers you provide in our intake form, we prepare a personalized meal plan and grocery list, delivered as PDF documents to the email address you provide at checkout.

It is not a subscription. There are no recurring charges.

Delivery

Your plan is generated automatically after successful payment and is normally emailed shortly afterwards. If it has not arrived within 24 hours, contact hello@menuvita.com and we will deliver it or refund you in full.

Delivery is by email as four PDF attachments: your personalized plan and three free companion guides. Make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct, and check your spam folder.

Availability

Checkout is available to consumers who normally live in the United States, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. Language and citizenship do not determine eligibility.

For international orders sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments, your declared residence, connection country, and billing country must match. For direct United States orders, we also verify the card issuer's country before capture. Missing or conflicting evidence prevents delivery. If a payment completes despite that control, it is refunded.

Not medical advice

MenuVita provides general nutrition information generated with professional meal-planning software. It is not medical advice, nutrition therapy, or a medical service, and we are not a doctor's office or a dietetic practice. If you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, have (or suspect) a medical condition, or take medication that interacts with diet, consult a doctor or registered dietitian before using a meal plan.

You are responsible for checking that the foods in your plan are safe for you, including with respect to allergies — our plans are built from your stated exclusions and allergies, but we cannot guarantee the absence of any ingredient.

Your inputs

You agree to provide accurate information in the intake form. The quality of your plan depends on it. We process your answers to prepare and deliver your plan — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual property

The plans and documents we deliver are for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute them.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
